Okay I’ve heard a lot of uses for ITTT, but this is one of the coolest. I’ve run into this problem with Twitter, because I want to archive my tweets, but haven’t found a great way. I’d really love all my tweets to show up in a beautiful Excel spreadsheet or something, but I think I’ll start by trying this. Thanks.

A villa in Javea makes an incredible holiday location, and when you aren’t using it, you can let it out to other holiday makers to help you pay for the investment. Not bad when you consider you could be either enjoying yourself in your own villa in beautiful Javea, Spain, or have other people pay for the villa for you while you increase your portfolio.

How long can the dip go on? There are varying reports in the press about the growth of the Spanish

economy, there seems to be a lot of speculation and like all countries at this time, who do you trust, is

the doom and gloom believable? Does the Spanish government fudge the books to make growth look better? Who

really knows, all I can say is that tourism this year to the area was extremely high, local residents on

the ground were commenting on how it’s the busiest they’ve seen it for years. Is this just wishful

thinking or were there many more tourists here? If my occasional visits to the Arenal in Javea are

anything to go by, it was crazy in August.

What are the actual laws regarding the Non Smoking Law in Spain.
As a person trying to comply to this new law, what are the definitions of open and/or closed spaces, What are the definition of walls and/or roofs, Is there any difference if walls and/or roofs are made from different materials ie Walls = Brick, Roofs = Tiles, if they are made from wood or plastic are they still considered walls and/or roofs as a closed or open space weather a public area or a bar cafe area.
Is a partition made of wood or plastic of how many sides considered a closed area.
Is a Wall of any material considered to be a closed area with how many walls.
How many walls is considered a closed area.
Does a roof make any difference to however many walls are present.

This type of property is now common place,with prices dropping in most areas, but for how long is the question. If the pound gains on the Euro then expect more UK buyers coming into the market to snap up a bargain!
